Terms and Conditions
1.        MyKad ticket applies to MyKad, MyKID, MyPR, MYKAS holders only.
2.        Free admission for children below 90cm in height and disabled people (OKU).
3.        All valid documents must be presented during redemption at the ticket counter.
           Failing which, a surcharge will be charged during the ticket redemption.
           Entrance Ticket : RM 8/pax (Adult); RM 4/pax (Children)
           Boat Tour Ticket : RM 5/pax (Adult); RM 4/pax (Children)
4.        Online tickets must be purchased one (1) day before visiting.
5.        Limited to one (1) redemption per ticket.
6.        Present your E-Ticket at Tasik Cermin 1, Counter 3 on the specified date to redeem your physical ticket.
7.        NO refunds or cancellation will be entertained due to inclement weather, natural disaster and/or any force majeure.
8.        Tickets are strictly non-refundable & cannot be exchanged for cash after the expiry date.
9.        Open daily from 9am to 6pm, including public holidays.
10.      Boat Tour Operation Hour: 9:30am to 5:30pm.
11.      All visitors must comply with all the terms & conditions, and rules & regulations set by Tasik Cermin Ipoh Sdn. Bhd.
12.      Tasik Cermin Ipoh Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any part of the attraction, restrict
           the number of visitors, cancel or amend any activity without prior notice.
13.      Tasik Cermin Ipoh Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change these terms & conditions without prior notice.
