TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. MyKad ticket applies to MyKad, MyKid, MyPR, MyKas holders only.
2. Free admission for children below 90cm in height and disabled people (OKU).
3. All valid documents must be presented during redemption at the ticket counter.
In the event of an incorrect ticket purchase or failure to present the required documents, a surcharge will be charged during ticket redemption.

4. Online tickets must be purchased one (1) day before visiting.
5. Each ticket is limited to one (1) redemption only.
6. Present your E-Ticket(s) at Tasik Cermin 1 (Mirror Lake 1), Counter 3 on the specified date to redeem your physical ticket(s).
7. Please keep all physical tickets properly before redemption. Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or reprinted.
8. NO refunds or cancellation will be entertained due to inclement weather, natural disaster and/or any force majeure.
9. Tickets are strictly non-refundable & cannot be exchanged for cash after the expiry date.
10. Partial redemption of tickets is strictly not allowed. All tickets purchased under a single receipt must be redeemed on the same date.
11. Operation Hours:
Entrance: Open daily from 9:00am – 5:45pm, including public holidays.
Boat Tour: Open daily from 9:00am – 5:30pm, including public holidays.
12. If you did not receive the e-ticket from Tasik Cermin Ipoh within 24 hours, please check your spam / junk mail. Alternatively, please email us at ticketing@tasikcermin.com and attach the payment confirmation from iPay88.(Management Office Operation Hour: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm/ Saturday – Sunday Closed)
13. Reschedule Policy:
i. You may reschedule your visit at least 1 working day before your selected date.
ii. Rescheduling is only allowed ONCE and is subject to availability.
iii. You may find the reschedule link provided in your email to proceed.
iv. Once your booking has been successfully rescheduled, you will receive an email notification confirming the changes. A new confirmation email with your updated E-Ticket(s) will also be sent and must be presented to redeem your physical ticket(s) at the counter.
14. All visitors must comply with all the terms & conditions, and rules & regulations set by Tasik Cermin Ipoh Sdn. Bhd.
15. Tasik Cermin Ipoh Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Reschedule Policy without prior notice.
16. Tasik Cermin Ipoh Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any part of the attraction, restrict the number of visitors, cancel or amend any activity without prior notice.
